Our all-time favourite Minimalist Baker is in Vancouver! Are you ready for her new book available now?

Dana Shultz, aka Minimalist Baker, had two great events last night in Vancouver! It sold out FAST. We hope you got to attend her book signing and cooking class. If you didn’t, check out some images from the events last night, hosted at Nourish Vancouver.

Dana demonstrated two plant-based recipes from the blog, and her new cookbook! There was some delish samples, like juice from The Juice Truck! And, of course, those who bought the cookbook got it signed!
