We were recently asked by our client, Wedgewood Developments, to do a scope of work for an investment property they had purchased. The purpose is to do a renovation that would bring the house up to its potential and stage it to show to potential renters.    The 3 bedroom bungalow although in need of a lot of TLC has great potential.  We will be posting updates throughout the progress of the renovation along with any tips and tricks that come up along the way!
