Our team will go to your space and take measurements, photographs and evaluate any existing design elements. Following this initial meeting, we will send an online style guide for you to fill out, asking you for more details about your needs and preferences for the space.

step 2: Come to our warehouse + Contract 

We invite you to visit our warehouse and discover what Flüff is all about. During your visit, if you feel confident and decide to proceed with the styling project, we’ll ask you to fill out the contract and provide a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will cover the hours our designers spend working on and presenting the initial proposal, which will include floor plans and mood boards to help visualize the concepts and ensure that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision, this will include up to two alternations. Any additional design services will be subject to an hourly fee.

Step 3: Project + Ordering + Installation

Our team will begin the process of sourcing options and send a presentation for approval. Once you are satisfied with the design, you have two options: buy from our existing inventory or we can order new from our suppliers, including custom orders. In the final stage, our team will manage delivery and installation to ensure everything is just right.
