First Step was to remove the mouldy, dilapidated sun room, clean up and repair the exterior of the house, and make the pool area family friendly.

We also added some landscaping and painted the front door. We chose a lovely shade of blue from Sarah Richardsons Designer Palette, by Para Paints.

The we chose color is “Launch SR40″. We chose blue because it is a universally appealing color it’s inviting and works really well with the cream undertones of the existing siding.
