It isn’t frequent but we have prepared some properties for homeowners or landlords solely for the purpose of attracting quality tenants.  In most circumstances there were moderate renovation recommendations involved as well.

Our most recent project was an adorable house in North Vancouver that just needed a little help coming into this millennium.  With a paint fandeck in hand off we went.  The colours were transformed from pink, green and yellow to gradient shades of grey and WOW what a difference.  Next, in communication with the landlord, we determined who the perfect renter would be and staged it appropriately.  Then we took photos, created a slide show and it was advertised on Craigslist with a link to the slideshow.  (There were more than 20 calls within hours of the posting going up.)  The house rented on the first day it was listed to the perfect tenant.  We call that a success!
