Environmental upgrades, lower stress, and easy customization are some of the advantages to buying prefab. It also doesn’t hurt that in recent years there has been a major upgrade to the quality and design of these homes. This article highlights a particular home in Seattle created by Greenfab. We love this design because it’s modern, spacious and has everything you need in family home.
