Patti’s house has been featured on Houzz!

Heather Merenda, Houzz contributing writer and photographer, wrote an article on Patti & Rick’s North Vancouver home renovation completed back in 2010.

It has received quite the buzz, especially the kitchen design and layout.  Here is a previous blog entry of the kitchen progress throughout the renovation.

This blog entry gives a brief outlook on the drastic amount of work that Patti and Rick have put into their contemporary coast modern getaway home.  Check out our older blog posts for more step-by-step renovation progress reports.

Patti and Rick could have torn down the original building and built brand new, however being environmental advocates they wanted to reduce the amount of waste in the landfill and re-use as much building material as possible.
