A new chair can be re-born by simply changing the seat.   These 14 dining chairs have been kicking around the warehouse and missing out on the action because of their practical but out dated beige micro fiber seats. 

By doing a simple (good for beginners) upholstery job, these seats have gone from something from Starbucks circa 1999 to a modern bistro chair perfect for a condo size eating nook. 

Their new face lift will no doubt get them some action now.
