The BANDIT Pillow Summer 2014 Collection is here!

For our latest collection for BANDIT Pillows we wanted to play around with a really fun mix of colours, patterns, and textures. We chose a mixture of pastel and neutral colours to create a fresh palette for summer.

Mixing Prints – Colours, Patterns and Textures!

Many people find mixing patterns and prints a daunting task. It can easily look scattered and chaotic. With a selective eye, a cohesive look can be created when mixing many prints together.

The prints we chose to work with this season were a colourful, updated chevron and a sophisticated polka dot. We brought in an embossed velvet fabric in a seafoam green colour to add a textural component. We balanced out the prints by bringing in solid colours like lilac, white, and navy.

Same Pillows, Different Looks

This collection would look great in a playful space or a modern/contemporary one. To take it to a more modern edge, we pulled all the dotted and white pillows and mixed them with glossy accessories.

For a more playful style, we pulled the chevron, dotted, and lilac pillows together. We staged it with glass accessories to ensure it maintained a polished look. This fun pattern mix looks great in an adult space, as well as a teen or children’s space!

There are endless combinations this collection can create. Use them with or without the BANDIT bands to create a unified look.
