As most of you know, the world lost a wonderful poet, author, humanitarian, spokesperson, activist, woman and human being last week. Maya Angelou passed away at the age of 86.

She inspired so many to become better human beings by fighting for peace, equality and tolerance. Today’s Motivational Monday quote comes from Dr. Angelou regarding success:

“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.”

She led with integrity which in turn made her successful in all aspects of her career. Her legacy will live on forever.
