Some of you may have seen on our Facebook page that, sadly, our Whistler home was destroyed in a fire in November.

Now that the dust (or should I say smoke) has settled, it’s time to rebuild. The main structure is being worked on now and we will soon be able to get at the details of the interior.

Although the circumstances of this renovation were very shocking, I must say I’m excited to start fresh. We have been busy picking paint colours, finishes and sourcing amazing products.

I think I’m most excited about getting some custom doors made. We had Jim’s Pre-hung Doors in Richmond make our front door for our house so they were our first choice to make my dream doors become a reality.
