As Vancouver is notoriously known as the “boring city” (a notion we don’t agree with), we always like to see which events are going on around the city. We’ve compiled a list of things to do in Vancouver!

Try: new YYoga Park Royal location!

As a member of this studio, I was excited to try out the new location. It’s beautiful! The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and it’s easily accessible (right off the lion’s gate bridge). What a great way to accomplish some 2015 goals.

See: FlyOver Canada

If you have the travel bug, but are short on funds, we think FlyOver Canada can curb the wanderlust (temporarily at least!). One of the Fluffian’s recently got to try this experience and had nothing but good to say! Flying over Niagara Falls in the flight simulator, you get sprayed with mist, and when you fly over the prairies, you smell wheat! More information here.

See: “Unscrolled” Reframing Tradition in Chinese Contemporary Art

The V.A.G. is presenting “unscrolled” until April 6th. It features three generations of Chinese artists who have been trained in both Western art history and Chinese tradition and who engage with their cultural past as a continuation into the contemporary. More info here.
