This week we feature Pantone Aquamarine. Chantal staged a great comtemporary space with vintage elements. Here’s what she did:

She started with these great embossed velvet cushions from our Bandit Decor pillow line. We have these in 5 colours now and can’t wait to order more!

She tied in the colour with the table lamp and vintage-looking neon sign art prints. We like that there’s a reference to an older era without being too literal. The sheepskin rug and chrome side tables add a modern touch to this space.

We love that Chantal picked a bright orange vase to pick up on the art prints as well. The hairpin leg coffee table is one of our favourites. We have upcycled some of our tables that have broken legs with hairpin legs. It’s a great way to give a new look to an old item.

The shag carpet is also a great nod to vintage, the colour adds richness and texture to the room.
