Area rugs in the bathroom!? We had the same reaction when we spotted this trend; completely unexpected, but totally awesome. We can’t wait to try this trend.

We love the idea of using area rugs in a bathroom. There are special rugs made for outdoors which would work great for the bathroom, as they wouldn’t build up mold. Any type of flat woven rug would work as well. An animal skin would work too!

We don’t know how water resistant these rugs would be, but they sure look great! The pop of colour really works with the finishings in both spaces.

We love that you can create a rustic looking space with Kilim style rugs, a modern space with animal skins, and a flat woven rug would last ages. We have tons of these options at Fluff, and can’t wait to try them.
