Typography and Interior Design

< inspo home

From wood-block lettering to Adobe produced logos, the typography industry has evolved so much! We think you can effortlessly bring it into your home. Here’s how to combine typography and interior design.

One of the easiest ways to bring typography into your home is to hang a graphic print like these! We love the font on the left paired with the thin frame. We love how the print on the right shows how different fonts have such different personalities! Each font is so distinct but look great together as a single word is repeated.

We love the look of vintage banners. The one on the left would be a great DIY project. We are obsessing over vintage bus banners like the one on the right. It would look great hanging in an entryway or a kitchen space.

Apply a typographic wall decal to add graphic impact to a space. There’s great ones available on Etsy! We want this “hello” one.

typography_marquee

How great are these marquee signs!? The bar sign in the left image is so unique and stunning! We’ve never seen one like this. We also love the center letters that don’t have lights in them. You could use them anywhere. These oversized marquee letters in the right are beautiful for a wedding, but would be nice leaning in a living room too!

typography_wallart

We love, love, love these wall art pieces. The rustic look to the left one suit this space so well. We spy a major DIY moment with the floral letters in the right. This would be a great addition to a backyard party.

These are Fluff’s favourite ways to bring typography into the home. Which would you use in your home?
